Conveyors
Aqueous parts washers are rapidly replacing solvent cleaning systems and steam cleaners for out-of-frame cleaning of large parts and engines. The impetus for this arises from employers concerns about a “hazard-sensitive” workplace, environmental issues, and significant labor savings by reducing the time needed to clean parts. Hydro-Blast conveyor parts washer allows for one-piece continuous flow manufacturing.

Evap
Evaporation is economical and reduces wastewater and disposal costs. Hydro-Vap™ can eliminate your wastewater disposal problems with zero discharge to the drain or sewer. Hydro-Blast™ evaporator tanks are constructed by using stainless or low carbon steels. Each unit includes a heat source, adjustable thermostat, redundant safety control system, vent stack, low water shut-off and an exhaust fan. Substantial cost savings can be generated from reduced hauling and disposal fees, commercial waste hauling, training, insurance compliance, and potential fines associated with spills.
