types of Production Services. Here are our current Customer Services: Die-Casting: 400
to 600 ton capacity cold chamber machines, using alloys 369 and 380.
(Aluminum). Trim Presses, secondary
machining and assembly of die cast parts.
Tube Bending: 1/2” -2” diameter
aluminum tubing capacity with secondary operations on punch presses and
hydraulic forming machines. Welding: 1/2” -3 1/2” diameter tube welding. Welding of formed and stamped parts. Leak testing and pressure testing of weld
joints available. Materials welded
are 5052, 6061, as well as die cast parts. Stamping: 5 ton thru 150 ton capacity presses. Progressive, blank and form, draw, and
single operation dies. Mechanical as
well as pneumatic assembly operations.
Tooling: In house product development as well as
design and construction of prototype tooling.
Design and construction of production tooling. In-house die cast tooling
construction. Use of electronic files
for new part development using latest cad software. Fabrication: Custom weldment
fabrication as well as production weldment fabrication facilities. Capacities: steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Tig welding as well as mig welding in all
materials. CNC Machining: CNC turning in
diameters from 1” thru 4” with secondary operations. Vertical milling with travels of 24” left
to right and 20” front to back. Part
heights of 12” maximum. In-house
programming of all machines utilizing latest cam systems. Assembly: Mechanical component assembly utilizing pneumatic, hydraulic and
mechanical presses. Parts sizes
ranging from small intricate shapes to large die cast as well as stamped
component parts. |
